One of the fundamental parts to this initiative is a targeted advocacy and education programme to boost female engagement from the community and schools/kura. Smart Trade Solutions Ltd has been supporting events over the country that promote the industry for many years. If you would like to participate in these events and join us to encourage more women into the Collision Repair industry, we assure you they are FUN and HANDS-ON.

Women In Collision Repair — Whangarei — A Student From Taipa Area

A student from Taipa Area School, Northland, having a go with the spray gun at one of the Smart Trade Solutions LTD school events. This event ran over 2 full days, was dedicated to Collision Repair and gave students an opportunity to have a hands-on experience with some of the tasks they might complete in the industry.
