Women In Collision Repair
An industry backed pilot project that supports the progression and retention of Women in the Collision Repair Industry within Te Tai Tokerau Northland and Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.

We are seeking interested female participants from Northland and Auckland, who are interested in the Collision Repair industry, working with their hands, and carving out a rewarding Trade career in an exciting, evolving industry.
We seek passionate, forward thinking, supportive employers who would like to align themselves with this project. This is a fantastic opportunity to have an impact on the future development of your workforce. You may have room for an apprentice or room for a work experience student. You also get to make use of the Smart Trades team for aspects of pastoral care, which are aimed at encouraging staff retention and apprenticeship completion and upskilling.
We seek community and industry stakeholder support to promote and share this project, as we think it will have an important and positive impact to our community and local economy. If you have an event or activity that you
think would align to our Kaupapa and messaging please reach out. Teamwork
makes the dream work! We would love to support activities that allow us to
help others, and collaboration is key.

At Smart Trade Solutions we specialise in offering support and mentoring for apprentices, specialist training, and support for the trades. As well as career pathways help and advice, for those looking at the trades as a career option. We have a variety of projects that support both community and industry across New Zealand.

RICHARD LUNN
Kia ora, my name is Rick Lunn and I am a Director, alongside my wife Tracey, at Smart Trade Solutions. I have worked in the Automotive Industry my entire life, after starting out as a Collision Repair Technician. I am a passionate advocate for the industry and have built a career out of supporting the training and development of its people. I am beyond thrilled to be able to deliver this project, which will have such a positive impact on the industry and people involved.
