Kia ora, my name is Rick Lunn and I am a Director, alongside my wife Tracey, at Smart Trade Solutions. I have worked in the Automotive Industry my entire life, after starting out as a Collision Repair Technician. I am a passionate advocate for the industry and have built a career out of supporting the training and development of its people. I am beyond thrilled to be able to deliver this project, which will have such a positive impact on the industry and people involved.

I love being part of a project and culture change which gives people more options, ones that were not made obvious to me when I was making my early career decisions. I have worked across the trade industries for my entire career, and they have taken me across the world, and back. I am passionate about supporting people into trade careers in the hope that they benefit from a career as rewarding as mine.
